Building on Truline's nearly 40 years of manufacturing excellence in the extrusion industry and supported by a client list of customers, some of whom have been with them for more than thirty years and who depend upon a consistent and quality oriented supplier, we look forward to being considered as part of your design solutions in the future!

Our Workflow Process.

Consultation

One of our consultants will help facilitate what your needs are. We may even provide you with additional ideas to help facilitate and possibly enhance your original concept and recommend cost-saving solutions in the process.

Design

We'll then take your concept and send it off to our qualified Engineers so that they can design a cost-effective and asthetically pleasing solution that meets or exceeds your expectations.

Installation

Once our Engineer's are finished designing your masterpiece (wall), we'll order the materials then come out and install your wall with precision and integrity.

Deliver

We won't leave until you are 100% satisfied. That's the Crocwall difference.

Efficiently cast-in-place reinforced concrete walls with Truline protection – a patented, UV-resistant, co-extruded vinyl form system for seawalls, bulkhead, barrier/cutoff walls, flood walls and retaining walls.

LONG SERVICE LIFE

Non-corrosive, chemical resistant vinyl form protects concrete from seawater exposure – independent test shows unprotected concrete lost 52% more material than Truline protected samples. View Salt Fog Exposure Test. Click HERE to see an example.

  4. No adverse appearance due to fracturing, spalling or rusting

SOIL PLUG BEHAVIOR

Truline is an open ended hollow pile. Initially, as the sheet is installed, it is driven through the soil such that the soil level inside the sheet remains at the same elevation as the mudline outside the sheet. However shaft friction between the sheet and the soil inside gradually develops and increases as the embedment depth increases. Eventually these frictional forces along with the inertial forces of the soil inside the sheet exceed the bearing capacity of the soil at the pile toe. At that point, the soil plug that has developed is driven down with the pile such that the soil level inside the sheet gets driven to lower elevations than the mudline outside the sheet.

This effect has been observed across a wide range of installations. Its extent varies with soil type making a precise determination of drop in the plug difficult to predict.

It may not be necessary to remove the soil plug at the bottom of the Truline cell prior to filling with reinforced concrete. The soil plug is considered to be sufficiently compacted by the installation process to be stable over the life of the structure. However, an engineering analysis must be performed to ensure that the bending and shear loads applied to the wall below the level where the reinforced concrete fill ends do not exceed the allowable limits for the Truline pile alone. If either limit is exceeded, a portion of the plug must be removed to extend the depth of concrete fill to the level below which the Truline sheet alone can carry the applied load.

Post-Industrial Recycled Material Content % by Wt. — Installed Mix 92.5% Note that since the u-channel accounts for the vast majority of pounds used for any given installation, assuming no cross ties are used, the recycled content for the mix of products used in a typical wall is essentially the same as the recycled content of the u-channel itself. Mr. Alan Keighley — Crocwall Pty Ltd,

Recently your company undertook the replacement of my revetment wall at the above address. When I initially made contact with you in regards to this work, it was via the Internet and without any recommendations from other parties. It is for this reason that I have chosen to write a formal thank you to you and your company for your professional and personal service. I would be pleased for you to use my premises and this recommendation as a reference for future prospective clients.

It is important to note that I am a single woman who had no experience in this type of project, including the council requirements and building process. You and your tradespeople helped me to feel confident throughout the planning and building process. I was kept informed about the projected time frame of the project and all of your tradespeople were pleasant and reliable.

I had negotiated a budget from the outset and whilst I am aware that there were some additional, unforeseen costs along the way, which would have incurred additional costs to your company, I was not asked to pay any more than the amount agreed upon from the outset.

The final product is nothing short of outstanding and has been admired by many of the residents within the area surrounding my home. I have had several other Forster Key residents request your details and I have no hesitation in recommending your company for their revetment walls.

Thank you for making this experience so much easier than I know it has been for others undertaking the replacement of their revetment walls by other companies. I am more than happy to be contacted by prospective clients to personally express my gratitude and recommendation for your company.

Yours Sincerely,

Toni Quinn, Forster Keys

Testimonial #2Kathryn Martin

My husband and I contacted Alan from Crocwall after learning he’d done a revetment wall in the canal around the corner from us. We’d heard the client was very happy, and took our little boat around to have a look. We were really impressed with the wall from a visual perspective and it looked pretty solid, too.

Our revetment wall was a MESS! Crumbling into the canal, and our backyard starting to wash away. At that point we’d been searching for a way to fix our seawall for over 2 years. We’d become very frustrated with options that didn’t stack up from an engineering, longevity, and cost point of view.

Alan and his team were great to work with from start to finish. Ours was a particularly difficult job because we had the added problem of a lot of solid coffee rock (instead of sand) below the canal bed (just our luck!). The Crocwall was installed along our waterfront, and we also ended up using it as retaining wall in other parts of the yard. What we now have is a very solid, attractive and functional waterfront space. It wasn’t cheap (neither were any of the lesser quality options we looked at). However, a waterfront property is very special and valuable, and we felt it was worth the peace of mind afforded to us from investing in a product which will last us (and future owners) for decades to come.
